So here is how the food went today:
  • 1/2 c eggbeaters with salsa 1 slice ezekiel toast with 1 t jam
  • LA Light
  • Planned cheat: chimichanga at Mexican Restaurant
  • Protein Pudding with small banana
  • boneless wings recipe from Oxygen
  • Salad
Total calories: 2064
Workout: HIIT 568 burned

I am staying on plan tomorrow so no cheats but it will be a rest day. I will see you then!
