Today my food was a bit off....not bad just not what I planned:

  • La Light, Apple
  • Chicken Salad (at a local coffee shop), skim milk steamer w/ SF syrup and tea
  • Protein Shake
  • Spicy Chicken Stir Fry
  • Protein Shake
Total Calories:1556
